Application conditions and application materials
1. Scanned copy of business license (copy);
2. Scanned copy of organization code certificate (copy);
3. Certification contract, certification application, scanned copy of legal person ID card;
4. The ISO14001 environmental system requires a scanned copy of the environmental impact report / report form / registration form and its acceptance approval;
5. ISO14001 environmental system requires three wastes (waste water, waste gas, noise) scanned third-party test report (mainly production enterprises);
6. ISO18001 occupational health system requires fire acceptance report;
7. ISO50430 and ISO9001 are bundled together. They are specifically targeted at the construction industry. Enterprises must have construction qualifications and must have eight staff members. 8. Special industries need to provide corresponding license documents.
Third, the processing cycle
1. The system accepts certification all the year round and can apply for it all year round.
2. Processing cycle: The "three standards" and three systems cycle is 30 working days; the ISO50430 system processing cycle is: 50 working days;
3. Inquiry address: You can check the certification results at the National Certification Supervision and Administration Commission and the official website of the certification authority.
